Hotlinking sauvage et pages vues sur Awstats

Bonsoir,

Un site pratique sur une de ses pages un hotlinking sauvage sur 2 des miens, dont mon WWW (balaise le gars...).

Sous Awstats (pour le seul de mes deux sites qui en dispose), il apparaît comme referer. Logique, je pense.

La question que je me pose : c'est un referer parce qu'il affiche mes images ou bien parce qu'il m'envoie réellement du monde ?

De vos réponses dépende le mail que je reserve à cette personne...

dans awstats à droites tu as les colonnes "pages" et "hits": si il apparait dans les deux c'est normalement qu'il y a un lien qui t'envoie du monde (même si des fois c'est faux); si la colonne page est vide mais qu'il y a des hits c'est qu'il ne fait qu'afficher tes images (et accessoirement manger ta bande passante)...

Quand quelqu'un abuse et qu'il m'énerve je renomme les images. Il se retrouve avec un site plein de petites croix rouges ou de points d'interrogations bleus...

il faut regarder tes logs pour voir ce qui est appelé (page ou image).
Cela peut aussi être du spam de referer, histoire d'être positionné en 1° sur tu affiche tes stats

Normalement, comme l'a expliqué coquette, si une page fait du hotlinking, dans la section "referrers" de AWStats, le nombre de hits est supérieur au nombre pages.

La page http://harleysgroup.jeeran.com/photography.html (voir les logs) contient de nombreux hotlinks vers tes images et des liens vers les pages de ton site. Les liens vers les images ne fonctionnent pas. Je suppose que tu as renommé les images depuis la création de la page avec les hotlinks. Les liens vers les images ne donnant que des erreurs 404* (voir section correspondante dans AWStats), tu as le même nombre de pages que le nombre de hits.

Le nombre de pages dans les "referrers" est approximativement égal au nombre de visiteurs envoyés. La différence entre le nombre de hits et le nombre de pages est approximativement égal au nombre d'images hotlinkées.

Il serait plus judicieux de faire une redirection 302 vers une image unique (ton logo par exemple) comme cela il s'affichera sur le site distant et tu pourras, éventuellement, récupérer des visiteurs

Quand on met une adresse absolue sur une directive ErrorDocument, une redirection est générée

Il faut mettre une adresse relative (sans le nom de domaine), par exemple :

Personnellement, je retablirais tout comme avant.
