Encodage avec FFmpeg

Bonjour,
Comme j'ai plusieurs site qui utilisent les vidéos pour principal contenu, j'ai voulu créer un script qui lors de l'upload encode automatiquement la vidéo en .flv, le script est bon...
Cependant sur mon serveur il ne doit pas y avoir les bons codecs ou je ne sais pas car quand je veux encoder certaines vidéos elles ne marchent pas.

Note, the names of encoders and decoders dont always match, so there are
several cases where the above table shows encoder only or decoder only entries
even though both encoding and decoding are supported for example, the h263
decoder corresponds to the h263 and h263p encoders, for file formats its even
worse

Euh, non, c'est plutôt un bug dans un codec ou quelque part autour: "Erreur de segmentation" ça veut dire que le soft a essayé de lire/écrire en mémoire à un endroit où il ne devrait pas. Ca peut être du à un fichier mal formé (avec un codec qui ferait "un peu trop confiance" au contenu du fichier), ou à un bug déclenché dans un cas particulier ou un autre.

Un autre grand classique c'est qu'il serait à court de mémoire et ne vérifierait pas lors d'une allocation de mémoire que celle-ci s'est bien passée, et il se retrouve à écrire à l'adresse 0 (où il n'a pas le droit de le faire).

Bref, la meilleure solution est probablement que tu contactes les auteurs de ffmpeg et/ou du codec en question (sur la mailing-list qui va bien), en donnant le plus de détails possibles sur ta config, les versions utilisées, et probablement en fournissant le fichier qui cause le problème, ça leur permettra de débugguer tout ça.
